Under NH
state law, there is a 19 day requirement to file an application for
a local permit before it can accepted as complete by the local board.

Tamworth Conservation
Commission (TCC) Regular Meeting |
This is a normal TCC
meeting. At this meeting, the TCC may or may not discuss our application.

August 23
|
Planning
Board (PB) Regular Meeting |
At this
meeting, the Board officially reviews the application and votes on
whether to accept the application as complete. The PB refers the application
to the TCC and the Health Officer. At this meeting, we may propose
that we (CMI) meet with the PB and TCC in one or more working sessions
to answer any questions concerning the application. |

September 11
|
TCC Regular Meeting |
If the PB accepted our
application as complete, the TCC will have received copies of our
permit application and will begin their review process. The TCC gives
an official recommendation to the Planning Board. |

September 16
|
Possible Working Session |
CMI proposed this date
to discuss our application before the public hearing. The purpose
will be to answer any and all questions from the PB and discuss the
particulars of the application. |

September 27
|
PB Regular Meeting (could
become the public hearing) |
CMI has proposed this
date as the public hearing concerning our application. When the public
hearing is schedules, it will likely occur at the Brett School in
Tamworth. All those in favor of the project should attend and lend
their support. |

October 9
|
TCC Regular Meeting |
The TCC will discuss
our application and may conduct a vote on their recommendation to
the PB. |
|
October 11
|
Possible Working Session |
CMI proposed this date
to discuss our application after the public hearing. The purpose will
be to answer any and all questions from the public hearing and/or
from the PB or TCC. |

October 25
|
PB Regular Meeting -
Possible Decision |
At this meeting, CMI
hopes the PB will rule in favor of our application and grant a permit
to CMI. |
